The Department of Homeland Security has deemed the food and agriculture industry a Critical Sector, more specifically: Employees engaged in the manufacture and maintenance of equipment and other infrastructure necessary for production and distribution of food.
See https://www.cisa.gov/publication/guidance-essential-critical-infrastructure-workforce. The Department of Homeland Security advises that individuals performing these functions be exempted form emergency movement restrictions. RELCO will continue normal operations to serve our customers needs while closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation.
