Welcome Ronan Bane
We are excited to welcome Ronan Bane who joined RELCO, LLC June 10th, 2025 as our new Senior Vice President of Projects. With two decades of experience in the food and dairy sector, Ronan has successfully overseen various project and capital equipment initiatives. His expertise in application and process engineering, project management, and automation will help guide our Engineering, Projects, and Automation teams toward sustainable growth and optimized workflows. Ronan’s strategic vision aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation, and we look forward to the advancements under his leadership.
Operations Leadership Update
Dustin Pflipsen will become our Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he will focus on streamlining operations, enhancing manufacturing processes, and filling talent gaps. Dustin will leverage data-driven insights to improve project performance and optimize our manufacturing capabilities through both insourcing and outsourcing strategies. He will also continue to oversee our Manufacturing and Services divisions while collaborating closely with the finance team. We are confident that Dustin’s leadership will significantly enhance our operational effectiveness and drive our success forward.

Additionally, John Zirbel will transition into the role of Senior Vice President of Innovation. Previously serving as VP of Cheese and Liquid, John will focus on driving product and organizational innovation, fostering a culture that embraces change and challenges the status quo. He will identify emerging technologies and trends, collaborating with our executive team to align innovative initiatives with business goals.
